3″ TEE STYLE BPR
Superior Products
The Superior Products 3″ Tee Style BPR is a higher-capacity back pressure regulator built for larger production and flowline volumes. The tee body simplifies inline installation and service, and interchangeable parts let the regulator be configured to specific well conditions.
A patented HNBR loaded seal is standard, eliminating the stem packing leaks common to older designs. Ball and seat and cage and seat plug options let the trim be matched to the service, and the field-repairable design keeps rebuilds simple.
Rated at 3000# working pressure with a 3″ NPT connection, the regulator covers spring ranges from 5-200 through 10-1500 PSI. Stainless, carbide, sand, and silicon nitride trims and carbon, stainless, TBG-plated, and heat-treated cage and seat plug options suit standard through abrasive service. Made in USA.
Typical Applications:
High-volume backpressure control, separator and production service, gathering and flowline pressure maintenance, gas and liquid line backpressure, and vapor recovery and tank battery service.

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the Superior Products 3″ Tee Style Style BPR
Performs Where It Counts
CAPACITY FOR HIGH-VOLUME LINES
The 3″ body carries higher flow volumes than the 2″ regulators while holding the same stable backpressure control. That makes it the right choice for larger separators, gathering systems, and flowlines.
NO MORE STEM PACKING LEAKS
The patented HNBR loaded seal eliminates the stem packing leaks that plague conventional back pressure regulators. That means fewer callouts, less lost product, and a cleaner installation over the life of the valve.
FIELD-REPAIRABLE
The tee body opens for service with standard tools, and interchangeable internal parts let a single platform be reconfigured rather than replaced. Rebuilds are quick and inventory stays simple.
TRIM MATCHED TO THE SERVICE
Stainless, carbide, sand, and silicon nitride ball and seat options, paired with carbon, stainless, TBG-plated, or heat-treated cage and seat plugs, tailor the regulator to standard or abrasive flow. One design covers a wide range of well conditions.
