BVSL Series | 1000# 3-PC Full Stainless Ball Valve
C&C Industries
The C&C BVSL Series is a 1000# full stainless 3-piece ball valve designed for applications where corrosion resistance and in-line serviceability are both critical. Unlike one-piece or 2-piece valves, the 3-piece construction allows the center section to be removed for maintenance without cutting the valve out of the line, making it ideal for systems that cannot afford extended downtime.
Built with full stainless steel construction, including body, ball, and trim, the BVSL Series is engineered to perform in environments where moisture, chemicals, or corrosive gases can quickly degrade standard carbon steel valves. The full port design ensures unrestricted flow, helping maintain system efficiency and reducing pressure loss.
This valve is best suited for process systems, washdown environments, and corrosive applications where long-term durability and service access are more important than high-pressure ratings.
Typical Applications:
Chemical processing, water treatment, corrosive gas service, washdown environments, food and industrial process systems, and general industrial service

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the BVSL Series Ball Valve Performs Where It Counts
IN-LINE MAINTENANCE WITHOUT SYSTEM SHUTDOWN EXTENSION
In many process systems, removing a valve requires draining, isolating, and disassembling sections of piping. The 3-piece design allows the center section to be removed and serviced while the valve ends remain installed, significantly reducing downtime and labor.
CORROSION RESISTANCE THAT
PREVENTS PREMATURE FAILURE
Carbon steel valves exposed to moisture, chemicals, or corrosive gases will degrade over time, leading to leakage and replacement. Full stainless construction prevents this, extending valve life and reducing replacement frequency.
FULL PORT FLOW FOR PROCESS CONSISTENCY
Restricted flow paths can create pressure drop, turbulence, and inefficiency in process systems. The full port design maintains consistent flow characteristics, supporting system stability and reducing energy demand.
LOWER TOTAL COST IN CORROSIVE SERVICE
While initial cost may be higher than carbon steel, the reduced maintenance, longer service life, and fewer replacements make stainless a more cost-effective solution in corrosive environments.
