BVSF Series | 2000# 2-PC Full Stainless Ball Valve
C&C Industries
The C&C BVSF Series is built for applications that need both corrosion resistance and flow performance.
Unlike uni-body designs, this valve uses a 2-piece seal-welded body to allow for larger sizes and full port flow. That means you get stainless durability without sacrificing flow capacity or increasing pressure drop.
Full stainless construction protects against corrosion, while the full port bore allows unrestricted flow. This is the valve you use when process efficiency and material durability need to exist together.
Typical Applications:
Corrosive process systems, pipelines, water systems, chemical transfer, and industrial flow control

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the BVSF Ball Valve Performs Where It Counts
MAXIMIZES FLOW EFFICIENCY THROUGH
FULL PORT DESIGN
Full bore allows unrestricted flow, reducing pressure drop and improving system performance, especially in higher flow applications.
PROTECTS AGAINST CORROSION
IN PROCESS SYSTEMS
Full stainless construction prevents material degradation, extending service life in environments where standard valves fail prematurely.
SUPPORTS LARGER SYSTEMS WITHOUT PERFORMANCE LOSS
2-piece construction enables larger sizes while maintaining structural strength, allowing use in pipelines and higher capacity systems.
REDUCES SYSTEM LOSSES & ENERGY DEMAND
Lower restriction means pumps and compressors work less, improving efficiency and reducing operational cost.
