BVSC Series | 2000# 3-PC Full Stainless Ball Valve
C&C Industries
The C&C BVSC Series is a 2000# full stainless 3-piece ball valve designed for applications requiring both corrosion resistance and in-line serviceability at higher pressure levels. Built with a 3-piece bolted body construction, the valve allows complete internal access without removing the valve from the pipeline, making it ideal for systems that require routine maintenance or inspection.
Constructed from CF8M stainless steel with 316 stainless trim, the BVSC Series is engineered to withstand corrosive media while maintaining structural integrity under increased pressure. The full port design ensures unrestricted flow, reducing pressure drop and maintaining system efficiency.
This valve is best suited for process systems, chemical service, and higher-pressure applications where corrosion resistance and serviceability are both required.
Typical Applications:
Chemical processing, corrosive fluid systems, oil & gas production, water treatment, pipelines, and industrial process systems

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the BVSC Series Ball Valve Performs Where It Counts
MAINTENANCE ACCESS WITHOUT
CUTTING THE VALVE OUT
In systems where downtime is expensive, removing a valve can require draining, isolation, and rework. The 3-piece design allows internal components to be serviced in place, significantly reducing downtime and labor cost.
CORROSION RESISTANCE
AT HIGHER PRESSURE LEVELS
Standard carbon steel valves degrade quickly in corrosive environments. Full stainless construction prevents internal and external corrosion, maintaining sealing integrity and extending service life.
FULL PORT FLOW THAT PRESERVES
SYSTEM PERFORMANCE
Reduced port valves create restriction, turbulence, and pressure loss. Full port design maintains consistent flow characteristics, improving efficiency and reducing strain on upstream equipment.
LOWER TOTAL COST IN AGGRESSIVE SERVICE
While initial cost is higher, longer service life, reduced maintenance frequency, and fewer replacements make stainless the more economical choice in corrosive environments.
