Bolted Sleeve Coupling | Mechanical Pipe Connector
C&C Industries
The C&C Bolted Sleeve Coupling is a mechanical pipe connector designed to join pipes of similar outer diameter without the need for welding, threading, or grooving. Using compression sealing technology, it creates a secure, leak-proof connection while allowing for flexibility within the system.
Built for durability and ease of installation, the coupling consists of a steel sleeve, follower rings, and elastomeric gaskets that compress around the pipe to form a tight seal. This design not only simplifies installation but also helps absorb vibration, compensate for misalignment, and accommodate limited pipe movement.
Available in sizes from 2” through 16” with pressure ratings up to 300 PSI, bolted sleeve couplings provide a reliable and field-proven solution for both permanent installations and repair applications.
Typical Applications:
Pipeline repair, water and utility systems, oilfield piping, HVAC systems, industrial piping, and multi-material pipe connections

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the C&C Sleeve Couplings Perform Where It Counts
NO-PREP INSTALLATION IN ANY ENVIRONMENT
Bolted sleeve couplings eliminate the need for welding or specialized pipe preparation. Installation can be completed with basic tools, making them ideal for field repairs and remote job sites.
LEAK-PROOF SEAL ACROSS
MULTIPLE PIPE TYPES
The compression sealing system allows the coupling to create a tight, reliable seal across various pipe materials, making it a versatile solution for mixed-system applications.
COMPENSATES FOR
MISALIGNMENT & MOVEMENT
The flexible design absorbs vibration, allows for slight misalignment, and accommodates limited expansion and contraction within the piping system. This reduces stress and extends system life.
IDEAL FOR REPAIR AND RETROFIT APPLICATIONS
Bolted sleeve couplings are widely used for repairing existing pipelines or connecting new sections without cutting, threading, or welding. This reduces downtime and simplifies system modifications.
