Bolted Body | Oilfield Ball Valve
C&C Industries
The C&C Bolted Body Oilfield Ball Valve is engineered for applications where safety, serviceability, and structural integrity are critical. Unlike threaded body designs, the bolted body construction eliminates the risk of unthreading under pressure and significantly reduces the potential for blowouts during operation.
Designed as a 2-piece bolted body valve, it allows for easy in-line maintenance and repair without removing the valve from service. This makes it ideal for oilfield systems where uptime and safety are priorities. Available in pressure classes from 2,000 to 5,000 PSI, the valve provides a wide range of performance capabilities across production and pipeline applications.
With full and reduced port options, multiple material configurations, and NACE compliance, the bolted body valve delivers a higher level of reliability compared to traditional threaded oilfield valves.
Typical Applications:
Production systems, pipelines, wellhead service, injection lines, separators, and high-pressure oilfield applications

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the Bolted Body Oilfield Ball Valve Performs Where It Counts
ENHANCED SAFETY WITH BOLTED BODY DESIGN
Bolted body construction eliminates the risk of threaded joint separation under pressure. This significantly reduces blowout risk and improves operator safety in high-pressure applications.
FIELD SERVICEABILITY WITHOUT REMOVAL
The bolted design allows internal components to be accessed and replaced while the valve remains installed in the system. This minimizes downtime and reduces maintenance cost.
STRUCTURAL STRENGTH ACROSS
MULTIPLE PRESSURE CLASSES
Available in 2K, 3K, and 5K configurations with material upgrades at each level, ensuring the valve can be matched to the exact pressure and service requirement.
CONFIGURABLE FOR SEVERE AND
CORROSIVE SERVICE
Multiple seat, seal, and body material options allow the valve to be tailored for different media, temperatures, and operating conditions.
