1500# Oilfield Ball Valve
C&C Industries
The C&C 1500# Oilfield Ball Valve is engineered for mid-pressure oilfield applications where standard tank valves are no longer sufficient but extreme pressure equipment is not required. Designed as a transition between general service and high-pressure systems, it delivers increased strength, improved sealing performance, and greater material flexibility.
Built with a 2-piece body and floating ball design, the valve uses line pressure to energize the seats, ensuring consistent shutoff under changing flow conditions. Compared to 1000# class valves, the 1500# design provides improved pressure handling and durability while maintaining a compact footprint for field installation.
Available in full port and reduced port configurations, the 1500# valve is well suited for production systems, pipelines, and oilfield service where reliability and moderate pressure capability are critical.
Typical Applications:
Production lines, mid-pressure pipelines, tank batteries, separators, and general oilfield isolation

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the Oilfield Ball Valve Performs Where It Counts
TRANSITIONAL PRESSURE CAPABILITY
FOR EXPANDING SYSTEMS
Bridges the gap between standard tank valves and high-pressure valves, allowing operators to upgrade system pressure without moving to oversized or overbuilt equipment.
CONSISTENT SHUTOFF WITH FLOATING
BALL DESIGN
Line pressure energizes the downstream seat, ensuring reliable sealing even as pressure fluctuates during production cycles.
IMPROVED STRUCTURAL STRENGTH OVER
LOWER CLASS VALVES
Heavier body construction and upgraded materials increase resistance to pressure fatigue and mechanical stress.
FIELD-READY DESIGN FOR OILPATCH CONDITIONS
Threaded connections, compact size, and serviceable components make it ideal for quick installation and maintenance in field environments.
