Figure 207 | 2,000 PSI Blanking Union
C&C Industries
The C&C Figure 207 Blanking Union is designed to safely and securely terminate pipeline sections in medium-pressure systems up to 2,000 PSI. Featuring a blanking cap with an integrated BUNA-N O-ring seal, it provides a dependable closure solution for isolating unused lines, testing systems, or temporarily shutting down sections of piping.
Interchangeable with Figure 200 and 206 components, the Figure 207 allows operators to cap off existing systems without requiring additional fittings or modifications. Available in threaded and butt-weld configurations, it offers flexibility across a wide range of installations.
Engineered for reliability in oil, gas, and water service, the Figure 207 provides a simple but critical function in maintaining system control and safety.
Typical Applications:
Pipeline isolation, pressure testing, temporary line shutdown, system maintenance, and flowline termination

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the FIG 207 Blanking Cap Performs Where It Counts
SAFE & RELIABLE LINE TERMINATION
UNDER PRESSURE
The integrated blanking cap provides a secure closure that prevents accidental release of pressure or fluid. This is critical during maintenance, system shutdowns, or when isolating sections of piping.
DUAL SEALING FOR IMPROVED LEAK PREVENTION
The BUNA-N O-ring provides an additional sealing layer beyond metal-to-metal contact, reducing the risk of leakage due to wear, debris, or imperfect sealing surfaces.
ELIMINATES NEED FOR ADDITIONAL
CAPPING COMPONENTS
By integrating the cap directly into the union design, the Figure 207 removes the need for separate blind flanges or threaded caps, simplifying inventory and reducing connection points.
COMPATIBLE WITH EXISTING UNION SYSTEMS
Interchangeability with Figure 200 and 206 components allows operators to integrate the blanking function into existing systems without redesign or modification.
