The BelGAS CP W100-M is a pneumatically operated high temperature shutdown device designed to protect heated vessels and process systems from over-temperature conditions. Installed directly into the vessel, it monitors temperature and automatically shuts off gas flow when a preset limit is exceeded.
The unit operates using a temperature sensing element that responds to changes in system temperature. When the temperature rises above the setpoint, the internal pilot mechanism closes and stops gas flow, placing the system into a shutdown state. The device remains in this position until it is manually reset, ensuring that unsafe conditions are addressed before operation resumes.
Built with durable materials including a stainless steel sensing element and thermowell options, the W100-M is designed for reliable performance in high-temperature oil and gas applications where safety and system protection are critical.
