RT-XX | Test Valve
BelGAS CP Control Products
The BelGAS CP RT-XX Test Valve is a pressure vessel accessory designed to provide a safe and controlled method for testing pressure relief valves without pressurizing the vessel. Installed between the vessel and the relief valve, it creates an isolated stage that allows testing without disrupting system operation.
During testing, pressure can be applied directly through the test valve to verify relief valve function, eliminating the need to pressurize the entire vessel. This improves safety, reduces operational risk, and simplifies routine inspection procedures.
The RT-XX is available in multiple sizes and material options, allowing it to be matched to vessel requirements and operating environments. Its simple internal design ensures reliable operation with minimal maintenance in field conditions.
Typical Applications:
Pressure vessels, relief valve testing, safety valve verification, and inspection procedures
