The BelGAS CP P8750 Liquid Level Controller is a low-pressure, pneumatically operated controller designed to monitor and control liquid levels in separators, treaters, and similar vessels. Built with a float and arm assembly, it delivers reliable on/off control based on changes in liquid level.
As illustrated in the operation diagram on page 3, rising liquid levels increase buoyancy on the float, causing the arm to rotate an internal stem and actuator assembly. This motion engages a pneumatic toggle, generating a clear output signal. As the level drops, the mechanism reverses, providing consistent switching between control states.
The P8750 features a no-bleed pneumatic valve design and adjustable control arms, allowing operators to fine-tune sensitivity and response for specific applications. Its rugged ductile iron body and stainless steel internals ensure long-term durability in demanding oil and gas environments.
