P8700 | Liquid Level Controller
BelGAS CP Control Products
The BelGAS CP P8700 is a low-pressure liquid level controller designed to monitor and control liquid levels in separators, treaters, and similar vessels. Available in both pneumatic and electric configurations, it provides flexible control for a wide range of process applications.
As shown in the operation diagram on page 4, the float and arm assembly responds directly to liquid level changes, rotating an internal trunnion and actuator. This motion toggles either a pneumatic valve or an electric switch, delivering a clear and immediate control signal based on level position.
The P8700 uses a simple mechanical design with a block-and-bleed or no-bleed pneumatic valve configuration, ensuring dependable switching, minimal leakage, and long-term reliability in field conditions.
Typical Applications:
Low-pressure separators, heater treaters, and vessels requiring level monitoring or control
