P7400 | Dump Valve
BelGAS CP Control Products
The BelGAS CP P7400 Dump Valve is a pneumatically controlled, high-pressure valve designed for fluid level control in separators, scrubbers, and process vessels. The valve automatically opens and closes based on pneumatic signals from a level controller, providing reliable and consistent liquid dumping in oil and gas applications.
Designed to operate across multiple pressure ranges, the P7400 is available for inlet pressures up to 2000 PSIG depending on configuration, while requiring only 30 to 70 PSIG signal pressure for actuation. This allows for dependable performance in both moderate and high-pressure vessel environments.
The valve features a non-freeze design with the plug and seat suspended within the process media, utilizing system heat to prevent freezing during operation. Combined with multiple trim size options and material configurations, the P7400 can be tailored to match flow requirements and operating conditions without sacrificing reliability.

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the P7100 Performs Where It Counts
RELIABLE LEVEL CONTROL
Designed for automatic operation from a pneumatic level controller, the P7400 delivers consistent and dependable liquid dumping in separator and vessel applications.
NON-FREEZE OPERATION
The internal trim design utilizes process heat to prevent freezing, ensuring continuous operation in environments where pressure drops can cause freeze-related failures.
FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
Multiple trim sizes and pressure ratings allow the valve to be matched to specific flow requirements and operating conditions without custom modification.
SIMPLIFIED MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY
Top-entry service design allows internal components to be accessed without removing the valve from the vessel, while the pressure warning feature provides an added layer of safety during maintenance.
