P7100 | Control Valve
BelGAS CP Control Products
The BelGAS CP P7100 Control Valve is a pneumatically operated control and dump valve designed for high-pressure oil and gas applications. Engineered to handle up to 4000 PSIG inlet pressure, the P7100 delivers reliable performance in separators, scrubbers, and wellhead systems where durability and consistent control are critical.
Built with a rugged LCC steel body and NACE-compliant construction as standard, the P7100 is specifically designed to withstand corrosive and sour gas environments. Hardened trim options, including precipitation hardened stainless steel and tungsten carbide, allow the valve to perform in abrasive and destructive process conditions without premature wear.
The valve operates using a pneumatic actuator and can be configured for both throttling and on/off service depending on flow orientation and trim selection. A top-entry design allows for fast access to internal components, enabling maintenance and trim replacement without removing the valve from the line.
Typical Applications:
Separators, liquid level control systems, scrubbers, and wellhead applications

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the P7100 Performs Where It Counts
RUGGED HIGH-PRESSURE PERFORMANCE
The P7100 is engineered to operate in high-pressure environments up to 4000 PSIG, making it ideal for wellhead and separator applications where standard control valves cannot perform reliably.
BUILT FOR CORROSIVE AND SOUR SERVICE
With NACE-compliant materials and corrosion-resistant construction, the valve is designed to withstand harsh oilfield conditions, including sour gas and chemically aggressive media.
HARDENED TRIM FOR SEVERE CONDITIONS
Optional precipitation hardened stainless steel and tungsten carbide trim allow the P7100 to handle abrasive flow and high wear environments, extending service life and reducing maintenance frequency.
FAST, IN-LINE MAINTENANCE
The top-entry design allows operators to remove the actuator and access internal components without taking the valve out of service, reducing downtime and simplifying field maintenance.
