P5350 / P5351 | Pressure Reducing Regulators

BelGAS CP

The BelGAS CP P5350 and P5351 are pilot-operated pressure reducing regulators designed to maintain consistent downstream pressure in gas and air systems. Featuring an integrally mounted pilot, these regulators use upstream gas as the control medium to deliver stable, accurate pressure reduction across varying flow conditions.

The P5350 operates by sensing downstream pressure and modulating valve position to maintain the desired set point. When downstream pressure drops below the set point, the pilot opens and allows upstream pressure beneath the diaphragm, lifting the valve and increasing flow. Once the downstream pressure returns to set point, the pilot closes and vents actuation pressure, allowing the valve to close and stabilize the system.

The P5351 functions identically but is designed for non-vent applications. Instead of venting actuation gas to atmosphere, the signal gas is routed downstream back into the system, making it ideal for enclosed environments or applications where emissions must be minimized.

Built for demanding oil and gas environments, both models offer a 300 PSIG design pressure, temperature ranges from -20°F to 400°F depending on elastomer selection, and Class VI bubble-tight shutoff. Available in 2″ and 3″ sizes with NPT or flanged connections, the P5350 and P5351 provide flexible, high-performance pressure control for critical process systems.
