P4200 | Treater Valve
BelGAS CP
The BelGAS CP P4200 Treater Valve is a pneumatically operated oil or water valve built to handle the severely corrosive mediums present in oil and gas production and treatment equipment. Designed for 2″ NPT pipeline installation, the P4200 accepts a pilot signal up to 125 PSIG and is built for reliable operation in heater treaters, water knockouts, gun barrels, and salt water disposal systems.
The valve operates through a diaphragm balanced design that responds to the pilot signal by actuating the stem against a nitrile or fluorocarbon seat. Flow direction indicators are cast directly into both sides of the body to guide correct installation orientation, and the unit is configured for horizontal installation with the bonnet in the upright position to ensure proper function.
The P4200 is rated to 125 PSIG inlet pressure with a temperature range of -20°F to 200°F and achieves ANSI Class VI shutoff per ANSI/FCI 70-2-2013. Multiple signal port orientations, elastomer options, and cage material selections allow the valve to be configured for the specific demands of each installation without requiring custom components.

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
We Provide The Best Website Design Solution
Simplified Trim Access
Valve trim is fully accessible without removing the valve from the pipeline. Loosening the bolts and hex nuts allows the bonnet and housing to lift free of the body, exposing the cage, seat, and stem assembly for inspection or replacement with minimal downtime.
Flexible Signal Port Configuration
Multiple signal port orientation options allow the P4200 to connect to the pilot signal from whichever direction best fits the existing piping layout, reducing installation rework and simplifying integration into both new and retrofit applications.
Corrosion-Resistant Design
The P4200 is built specifically for the corrosive oil and water service environments found in heater treaters and saltwater disposal systems. The ductile iron body, fluorocarbon elastomer options, and Tealon gaskets work together to resist degradation from produced fluids and chemically aggressive mediums.
D-Key Trunnion for Easier Maintenance
The D-shaped trunnion hub and shaft connection eliminates the ambiguity of round-shaft designs, ensuring correct alignment during reassembly and reducing the chance of binding or improper seating after maintenance. This feature speeds up both disassembly and reassembly in the field.
