The BelGAS R627 is a spring-loaded, direct-operated high flow gas regulator with an integrated internal relief valve designed to provide both pressure regulation and overpressure protection in a single unit. Built for oil and gas applications, it delivers stable downstream pressure control while automatically relieving excess pressure to protect equipment and systems.
The internal relief valve is designed to open before the main valve fully closes, allowing excess downstream pressure to vent through the regulator body. This feature helps prevent system overpressure without requiring a separate relief device, simplifying system design and reducing installation complexity.
