The BelGAS CP W100 Temperature Controller is a pneumatically operated controller designed to regulate temperature in oil and gas process systems. Using a sensing element and diaphragm assembly, it converts temperature changes into a proportional pneumatic output signal to control valves and maintain stable process conditions.
The controller operates in either indirect throttle or direct snap mode, allowing it to be configured for modulating control or on/off response depending on application requirements. As system temperature changes, the sensing element expands or contracts, shifting the internal mechanism to adjust output pressure accordingly.
Built for durability, the W100 features a stainless steel sensing element and thermowell options, along with a rugged body construction designed for harsh field environments. Its flexible configuration and reliable operation make it well suited for temperature control across a wide range of thermal processes.
