The BelGAS CP P8200 Fuel Gas Shut-Off Valve is a mechanically operated valve designed to shut off instrument gas flow in fuel gas scrubber applications based on liquid level. As liquid rises inside the vessel, the internal displacer lifts and closes the valve, stopping gas flow before liquid carryover can occur.
The valve operates without pneumatic or electrical input, using a simple mechanical design to deliver consistent, repeatable shut-off performance. This makes the P8200 well suited for remote installations where reliability and simplicity are critical.
Multiple displacer lengths and material options allow the valve to be matched to vessel height and process conditions. Available in steel or stainless steel construction with nitrile or fluorocarbon seat options, the P8200 is built to handle a range of temperatures and service environments.
