P4100 | Control Valve
BelGAS CP
The BelGAS CP P4100 is a pneumatically operated control valve built to handle the corrosive mediums common in oil and gas production environments. Designed for low pressure liquid service, the P4100 accepts a pilot signal of 0 to 30 PSIG and is suited for both throttling and snap action operation depending on application requirements.
When a pilot signal is applied, the diaphragm actuates the stem and opens or closes the valve against the polyurethane seat. The ductile iron body and stainless steel trim resist the corrosive effects of produced fluids, and the angled body style directs flow through a compact footprint compatible with standard field installations.
The P4100 is rated to 300 PSIG inlet pressure with a temperature range of -20°F to 200°F and features 1″ NPT ports. Multiple signal port orientation options and body pressure monitoring tap configurations allow the valve to be customized to the specific piping layout of each installation, making it a practical fit for low pressure separators, line heaters, compression scrubbers, and burner fuel gas control applications.

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
We Provide The Best Website Design Solution
Simple In-Line Maintenance
Valve trim is fully accessible without removing the valve from the line. Loosening the bonnet bolts and lifting the bonnet and housing free of the body exposes the entire trim assembly for inspection or replacement, keeping downtime short during routine service.
Flexible Signal Port Configuration
Multiple signal port orientations are available to match the existing piping layout without requiring rework around the valve. Body pressure monitoring tap options add further flexibility for installations that require supply-side or dual-side pressure access points.
Corrosion-Resistant Construction
The ductile iron body and stainless steel trim and stem are selected for resistance to the corrosive mediums present in produced fluid service. The P4100 maintains reliable operation in low pressure separator and treater environments where fluid composition varies.
Broad Low-Pressure Application Fit
The P4100 covers a range of low pressure control duties including liquid dump service on separators and scrubbers, fuel gas control for burner systems, and level control on line heaters and treater applications, making it a versatile valve for standard field installations.
